On Premise Sales Manager South (Mobile/Montgomery)

The On Premise Sales Manager is responsible for the building, coaching, and training of a team of on-premise sales people. He or she extremely knowledgeable about our products and services, the industry, and our market. He or she helps grow UJBAL's share of the case and dollar volume of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic products in his or her assigned area. He or she builds and maintains an ongoing relationship with sales representatives as well as customers.
The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) from a 2 or 4-year college or university OR five or more years of employment with UJBAL. He or she has minimum 3 years of work experiences in the industry, good computer skills, strong writing skills, and Excellent interpersonal skills. Product knowledge and an understanding of industry volume and trends are highly preferred. Applicants must submit a 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
