The Sales Representative in Training is an entry-level position that provides an opportunity to learn sales skills while helping with sales and merchandising of an assigned territory. He or she will learn the United-Johnson Brothers portfolio of brands while helping the sales team build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage networking and repeat business and to grow share within the territory.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, good computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills and can work a flexible schedule (including weekends) and travel within the state. He or she must be highly organized and self-motivated with strong customer service skills and must have the physical ability to perform the requirements of the job. Applicants must submit a 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
